Senior Project Engineer

Guildhall is running a search for a Dubai main contractor currently building out a full site leadership team across a live tower project, a sign of a new award moving into active construction. This Senior Project Engineer will own day-to-day execution of structural frame and RCC works on a G+30-plus tower, running subcontractors and site engineers directly. The client is hiring across several site-delivery roles at once, so this seat sits inside a team being built from the ground up rather than backfilled. It is a hands-on delivery role for someone who wants to run a tower, not plan one from an office. This position is open to Arab nationals only. Salary up to AED 32,000 per month The role Own structural frame and RCC execution on a G+30-plus tower in Dubai. Direct site engineers, foremen and subcontractors on daily productivity and schedule. Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements against local codes. Coordinate directly with consultants, architects, MEP teams and project managers. Oversee material testing and HSE compliance, including official site inspections. Identify site constraints, drive corrective action, report progress to senior management. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related structural discipline. 10 to 15+ years of total building construction experience. Hands-on experience running execution on a G+30 or taller tower in the UAE. Strong knowledge of RCC structures, formwork methods and structural execution. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and local building codes. Working proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 or MS Project. Show more Show less
