Role Description The Senior Medical Representative (Dokki & Agouza) role at Pharco Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The role involves promoting Pharco’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders in the Dokki and Agouza areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular field visits, presenting product information and clinical data, organizing and participating in promotional activities, and ensuring timely follow-up to address inquiries and needs. The Senior Medical Representative will monitor market trends, report competitor activities, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and achievement of sales targets. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess a solid background in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product profiles, indications, and clinical data. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field. Previous experience as a Medical Representative, ideally at senior level or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role. Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize visits and activities. Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to ethical and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Residence in or near Giza (Dokki & Agouza) and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. Show more Show less
