MMMP Train Crew Section Head

Job description : Leads staff to maintain high standards of performance, productivity through clear direction and effective communication. Serves as contact persons for all stations within the MMMP operations in case of any communication. Directs activities related to on-boarding and off-boarding of train crew on trains to ensure timely operations. Conducts regular audits to ensure workplace safety and health policies, procedures and regulations are followed. Manages the MMMP stations’ staff performance in achieving key performance indicators. Anticipates and executes mitigation measures to respond to all rail incidents, unexpected situations, and emergencies. Schedules station staff’s day-to-day activities to maximize staff contribution and performance. Oversees the monitoring of the train scheduling plans to avoid any conflicts. Reviews and approves contract deliverables for variations in servicing of trains. Assists in developing training requirement programs for the train crew to ensure their sills development. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in administration. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Show more Show less
