Ticketing Executive

Job description We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing operations, particularly Qatar routes. The candidate should be capable of handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissuance, fare calculations and customer queries independently, with good knowledge of Qatar travel requirements and airline procedures. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end travel operations, ensuring smooth coordination of bookings, reservations, ticketing, and travel arrangements. Customize itineraries and programmes based on client needs and feedback. Supervise the team to ensure accurate bookings, reservations, and reports. Ensure CRM is well utilised for effective lead management and repeat business. Drive sales targets, organise roadshows, and lead marketing campaigns. Handle customer queries and ensure timely, high-quality service. Monitor vendor compliance, contracts, and coordinate finances with Accounts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products. Proficiency in GDS/CRS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Travelport). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to lead a team, manage operations, and achieve sales targets. Salary: QAR 4000- 5000 (inclusive of allowances).
