Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for English speakers at a B2 level. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, including answering inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and documenting each interaction accurately. Daily tasks include following defined procedures, using digital tools and internal systems, and maintaining high service quality and professionalism during night shifts. Team members collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet performance targets, adhere to security and confidentiality standards, and participate in ongoing training to enhance language, product, and system knowledge. The position requires consistent attendance during scheduled night shifts and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong English communication skills at B2 level or higher, with clear speaking, active listening, and accurate writing abilities. Customer service mindset, including patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Comfort with night shifts, reliable time management, and the ability to maintain performance and focus during late working hours. Basic computer literacy, including use of email, web-based applications, and customer support tools. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply; prior call center or customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
