Real Estate Inspector Job Summary The Real Estate Inspector is responsible for executing field and regulatory visits, gathering evidence, reviewing official records, and documenting cases of non-compliance to ensure adherence to real estate regulations. The role requires meeting a minimum target of 20 regulatory visits, following up on corrective actions, and preparing comprehensive visit reports. Key Responsibilities & Duties Conducting Regulatory Visits: Execute field and regulatory inspection visits to properties and real estate facilities, maintaining a minimum quota of 20 visits. Evidence & Document Collection: Gather relevant evidence, official documents, and necessary materials during inspections. Document & Record Review: Review official documentation, licenses, and operational records meticulously. Non-Compliance Documentation: Identify, document, and report all cases of regulatory non-compliance or violations. Corrective Actions Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and remediation plans. Reporting: Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive visit and inspection reports. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in inspection, regulatory compliance, auditing, or the real estate sector. Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
