Roles & Accountabilities Managing banking and financing operations at BSI Overseas Branch - KSA effectively and efficiently to support services for customers. Overseeing the management of day-to-day operations, including quality control and process improvement. Managing complaint handling activities at BSI Overseas Branch - KSA effectively and efficiently to support customer service. Managing IT system processes at BSI Overseas Branch - KSA. Managing business continuity management activities at BSI Overseas Branch - KSA effectively and efficiently to support customer service. Developing partnerships with various parties for the development of operational and IT activities at BSI Overseas Branch - KSA and evaluating these collaboration processes for effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinating with the central office's IT and Operations units for the implementation of IT and Operations activities Job Requirements Good understanding of various aspects including: Product Knowledge Business Process Legal & Compliance Risk Management Banking Operations Financing Operations Complaint Handling Management IT Security Business Continuity Management Communication & Negotiation -Minimum: Bachelor's degree -Experienced in a similar industry and has held an equivalent level position, having handled responsibilities for at least 6 years -Nationality: Saudi Arabia -Experienced in leading teams and developing work plans -Ability to build/manage relationships with various stakeholders and excellent presentation skills.
