Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Live Streaming Moderator role based in Qesm El Maadi. The moderator will monitor live streams in real time to ensure compliance with platform rules, community guidelines, and local regulations. Daily tasks include reviewing user-generated content, managing chat interactions, responding to reports, and taking appropriate actions such as warnings, muting, or removing content to maintain a safe and positive environment. The role also involves flagging suspicious or harmful activities, escalating complex cases to senior staff, and providing feedback to improve moderation standards. The moderator will collaborate with operations and support teams, contribute to process improvements, and help optimize user experience across MICO WORLD’s live streaming platforms. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to quickly assess and respond to live content. Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Candidates should possess familiarity with social media or live streaming platforms and basic understanding of community management or online safety. Candidates should possess the ability to work in shifts, maintain focus during extended monitoring periods, and manage stress in fast-paced environments. Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds, and commitment to non-discriminatory practices.
