Workforce Transformation Analyst [Part of Emiritization]

What you’ll do: • Understand customer requirements and document business processes. • Support product demonstrations, platform configuration and testing. • Assist with customer onboarding, training and go-live. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams. What we’re looking for: • 0–1 year of experience. • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Enthusiasm to learn and work with customers. • Relevant internships in SaaS, HR Tech, consulting or business analysis are a plus. Training: Mandatory 4–6 weeks in India upon joining. Visa, travel and accommodation arrangements will be facilitated by the company. A valid passport and willingness to travel are required.
