Junior Growth Marketing Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, bookings, leads, and revenue across our travel and tourism business. The role will focus on performance marketing, data analysis, campaign optimization, conversion improvement, and identifying new growth opportunities across digital channels. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase bookings, leads, and revenue. Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels. Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve conversion and revenue. Conduct market and competitor research within travel and tourism sector. Develop and test campaigns, offers, landing pages, and customer journeys. Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. Use data to identify what is working, what is not, and where additional investment is required. Continuously test new ideas, channels, and approaches to improve growth. Job Requirements Minimum 2 year of professional experience. 1–2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition. Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, or similar platforms is an advantage. Show more Show less
