Requirements & Responsibilities 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce and other fast-paced industries. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital advertising platforms to maximize ROI and ROAS. Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and data analytics to identify optimization opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion data to improve advertising efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and drive business growth. Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
