Requirement Must-have Industry Tyre manufacturing Tyre type Passenger Car Radial (PCR) Mixing experience Hands-on mixing experience Mill experience, Minimum 2 years as a Mill Operator, in addition to mixing experience Technical skills Mill gap adjustment, rubber band formation, handling scattered material Mixer Banbury F305 / tangential mixer; HF or Kobelco Important: A candidate who has only operated a Banbury mixer is not automatically suitable.
