Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The specialist will manage and grow Rosalte’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including planning content calendars, creating posts, and monitoring engagement. Daily tasks include developing and implementing social media campaigns, collaborating with in-store teams to highlight promotions and new products, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and strategies. The role also involves responding to messages and comments, maintaining brand tone and visual consistency, and coordinating with marketing and sales stakeholders to support broader digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns. Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with customers online and collaborate with internal teams. Experience managing social media accounts for brands or retail businesses is beneficial. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and basic reporting is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and coordinate with store operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
