Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors. Request and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate procurement documentation. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality. Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers. Maintain updated procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports. Monitor inventory requirements and assist in preventing shortages or excess stock. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. 📝 Requirements Understanding of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to compare quotations, analyze costs, and evaluate supplier proposals. Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy. Ability to coordinate multiple purchasing activities and meet deadlines.
