Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Technical Office Engineer – Mechanical Infrastructure with 2–4 years of relevant experience in hotel, commercial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will support the preparation and review of technical drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and coordination requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review mechanical infrastructure shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. Review design drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. Assist in the design coordination of mechanical infrastructure networks, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and firefighting networks, as applicable to the project scope. Prepare quantity take-offs, material calculations, and BOQs. Prepare material submittals, technical submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve technical discrepancies and design clashes. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and authority requirements. Assist in responding to RFIs and technical queries raised by site teams and consultants. Provide technical support to site teams and help resolve execution-related issues. Follow up on technical submissions, revisions, and approvals. Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2–4 years of experience in mechanical technical office engineering. Previous experience in mechanical infrastructure works for hotel, commercial, and residential projects. Good knowledge of mechanical infrastructure networks and related engineering drawings. Experience in preparing shop drawings, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and technical submittals. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale hotel, commercial, and residential developments. Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection tools. Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site execution teams. Show more Show less
