Beauty Innovation & Customer Concept Manager – Cosmetics & Personal Care Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: Hybrid / Customer-facing Regional Scope: Kuwait | Saudi Arabia | Bahrain | Qatar Travel: Regular regional travel Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for a Beauty Innovation & Customer Concept Manager to develop new concepts and ingredient applications for Cosmetics, Skincare and Personal Care customers across the Northern Gulf. This is not a conventional sales position. We are looking for someone who understands beauty products, consumer trends, natural ingredients and product development, and who can turn ingredient capabilities into attractive concepts for cosmetic brands and manufacturers. Key Responsibilities Develop new beauty and personal-care concepts for customers. Identify emerging skincare, haircare and wellness trends. Translate customer ideas into ingredient briefs. Present natural ingredients, botanical extracts and essential oils through clear product concepts. Work with cosmetic manufacturers, private-label producers and beauty brands. Coordinate samples, product information and customer evaluations. Support R&D and Product Development teams during ingredient selection. Develop concept presentations for new launches. Identify opportunities for natural, premium and sensory product positioning. Support customer meetings and regional beauty events. Follow concept projects through evaluation and commercialisation. Strong knowledge of beauty-product development and market trends. Experience with cosmetic brands, manufacturers or private-label companies. Experience working with Product Development, Innovation or R&D teams. Ability to create and present new product concepts. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills. Understanding of natural ingredients is highly valued. Commercial awareness. Fluent English required. Arabic strongly preferred.
