Private Equity Investment Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Private Equity Investment Director to lead investment strategies, identify attractive investment opportunities, and manage the full investment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, financial analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and drive long-term returns. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute private equity investment strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Identify, evaluate, and source potential investment opportunities across various industries. - Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment processes. - Structure, negotiate, and execute investment transactions. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes. - Build and maintain relationships with investors, business owners, financial institutions, and strategic partners. - Oversee portfolio company performance and identify opportunities for value creation. - Monitor investment performance, financial returns, and exit strategies. - Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees. - Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisory teams. - Manage deal teams and mentor investment professionals. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8–12+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management. - Proven track record of evaluating and executing investment transactions. - Strong expertise in financial modeling, company valuation, and deal structuring. - Excellent understanding of private equity investment strategies and portfolio management. - Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage international investment activities remotely. Preferred Qualifications - CFA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualification. - Experience managing high-value investment portfolios. - Established network within the UAE and GCC investment markets. - Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and exit transactions.
