📢 WE ARE HIRING | PROCUREMENT SITE COORDINATOR NEXA Engineering Consulting is seeking an experienced Procurement Site Coordinator to join our project supervision team in Dubai. 📍 Location: UAE – Site-based 🏢 Employment Type: Full-time 💼 Experience: 3–5 years in construction procurement coordination, material tracking, or project coordination; UAE/GCC experience preferred 🚀 Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred Role Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating procurement-related activities on high-rise and super high-rise residential building projects. The role involves tracking procurement schedules, and deliveries to identify potential delays and support compliance with project specifications and construction milestones. Key Responsibilities Monitor contractor procurement schedules and material delivery plans against approved project programmes. Track the status of material submittals, technical approvals, long-lead items, and outstanding consultant comments. Coordinate with the discipline engineers, contractors, and document controllers to follow up on procurement-related matters. Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate with the supervision team to verify deliveries against approved material submittals and project requirements. Maintain updated procurement logs, material approval trackers, delivery records, and progress reports. Escalate procurement delays and unresolved technical approvals that may affect construction milestones. Coordinate with contractors to obtain updated procurement status reports and recovery plans where required. Support project meetings by providing accurate updates on procurement progress and outstanding material-related issues. Qualifications & Technical Skills Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Proven experience in procurement coordination, material tracking, or project controls within Facade contractors projects. Understanding of construction material submittals, technical approval workflows, procurement schedules, and delivery coordination. Familiarity with high-rise residential construction projects and long-lead building materials is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools. Strong follow-up, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
