We are seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and results-driven Technical Product & Project Manager to join our team in Amman. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision, user requirements, and technical execution, leading the full lifecycle of our live production products. Role Overview As a Technical Product & Project Manager, you will oversee product roadmaps, project delivery, requirements analysis, and quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering teams—including Frontend (React), Backend (Python, Django, FastAPI), Automation, and QA—to ensure seamless execution, clear sprint planning, and high-quality deliverable releases. Key Responsibilities 1.Product Management & Business Analysis: Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog and Roadmap in alignment with executive vision. Translate business and user requirements into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and detailed feature specifications. Analyze operational workflows, third-party RESTful API integrations, OCR processes, and external service flows. Maintain a single source of truth for product documentation, system workflows, and technical specs. 2.Technical Project Management & Agile Delivery: Plan and drive Agile/Scrum operations, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews. Break down project scope into manageable Epics, Tasks, and Subtasks on Jira. Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively resolving issues to maintain release timelines. Coordinate release cycles for production-ready features and system enhancements. 3.Engineering & QA Coordination: Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, Automation, and QA teams to ensure complete understanding of project scope and criteria. Work with QA to define testing scope, track bug resolution priorities, and guarantee high deliverable quality before production releases. Facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth handovers across cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical PM, Product Owner, or Technical Delivery Lead in a software development environment. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, RESTful APIs, Python ecosystem (Django/FastAPI), React, and system integrations. Agile Expertise: Direct hands-on mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (specifically Jira). Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to break down complex business problems into structured technical specifications.
