Purchasing Representative

Company Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Representative with hands-on experience in purchasing automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing spare parts, dealing with suppliers, comparing prices, negotiating deals, and ensuring the timely availability of required parts while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Role Description Source and purchase automotive spare parts according to company requirements. Identify and build relationships with spare parts suppliers and vendors. Request and compare quotations from different suppliers. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Ensure the quality and compatibility of purchased spare parts. Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with the maintenance and technical teams to identify required spare parts. Maintain an updated database of suppliers and purchasing records. Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification. 2–3 years of experience in purchasing automotive spare parts. Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and their specifications. Established relationships with spare parts suppliers is a plus. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
