Role Description The Director of Legal Services will lead and manage the firm’s legal operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across corporate, transactional, and advisory matters. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves overseeing complex legal issues, providing strategic legal advice to clients, and supervising legal teams handling corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution. The Director will review and approve key contracts and transactional documents, guide risk management initiatives, and maintain standards for legal research, drafting, and client communication. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to business development, and supporting the firm’s long-term strategic planning and growth. The Director is expected to collaborate closely with partners and staff to enhance operational efficiency and uphold professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Law and Corporate Governance, with the ability to oversee complex corporate structures and advisory matters. minimum 15+ year experience mandatory Proven experience providing Legal Advice and Legal Assistance on a broad range of business and regulatory issues. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve Legal Issues, including transactional, compliance, and dispute-related matters. Advanced degree in law (LLB or equivalent; LLM or specialized corporate law qualifications preferred). Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with substantial post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law. Prior leadership experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, including team management and mentoring. Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with diverse clients and colleagues. Experience with cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and dispute resolution is highly advantageous. Show more Show less
