Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering. Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities & Skills Follow monthly production plans and calculate manpower requirements. Hands-on knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, including CNC punching and CNC bending. Knowledge of welding, powder coating, spray painting, and plating processes, including process defects and troubleshooting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of ISO procedures, 6S practices, and inventory audits. Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor fabrication and production activities to achieve monthly targets. Experience in manpower planning, production scheduling, and resource utilization. Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing operations.
