We are currently hiring for: 🔹 BIM Coordinator – Architectural Background 🔹 BIM Coordinator – Mechanical Background ✅ Job Responsibilities * Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure proper integration and project requirements. * Perform model review and identify clashes and coordination issues. * Coordinate between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. * Review BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Support the project team in resolving coordination issues and technical conflicts. * Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on required actions. * Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, standards, and agreed LOD. * Prepare and maintain coordination reports and track identified issues through resolution. 🎯 Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering, according to the position. * Proven experience in BIM Coordination. * 5 years of solid experience. * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit. * Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. * Knowledge of Clash Detection and coordination processes. * Strong technical understanding of construction drawings. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Good command of English, written and spoken. * Previous experience in construction/BIM projects is preferred. 📩 How to Apply Send your CV via: 📧 [redacted email] 📱 WhatsApp: [redacted phone] 🌐 www.sevenhandseg.com Show more Show less
