We are seeking an experienced Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare for individuals and families, focusing on preventive medicine, acute illnesses, and long-term management of chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide primary healthcare services to patients across different age groups Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders Conduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultations Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Provide immunizations, health education, and preventive care Manage common medical conditions and coordinate referrals to specialists when required Maintain continuity of care through regular follow-ups and patient counseling Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care Requirements Qualifications & Requirements MBBS or equivalent medical degree MD/DNB in Family Medicine or an equivalent postgraduate qualification Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred Experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Show more Show less
