Construction Technology Engineer/ French Speaker

🚀 We're Hiring | ConTech Consultant – French Speaker 🇫🇷 📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid) 💼 Department: ConTech – Procore Implementation About the Role We are looking for a ConTech Consultant to join our Procore Implementation team. In this role, you'll work closely with senior consultants to implement and configure Procore for construction industry clients, helping them streamline their project management processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Support Procore implementation projects from initial discovery to go-live and post-launch support. 🔹 Participate in client workshops to understand business requirements and workflows. 🔹 Configure project settings, permissions, workflows, and Procore tools. 🔹 Prepare, clean, import, and validate project data. 🔹 Deliver user training in both French and English. 🔹 Provide post-implementation support and encourage user adoption. 🔹 Collaborate with the integration team on ERP and third-party integrations. Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). ✅ 2–4 years of experience in construction, project controls, or construction technology. ✅ Hands-on experience with Procore or a similar construction project management platform. ✅ Good understanding of construction workflows, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, and change orders. ✅ Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. ✅ Strong organizational skills and a client-focused mindset. ✅ Procore certifications are a plus. ✅ Willingness to travel to client sites when required. ✨ Why Join Us?
