Job Title: Project Team Leader Sector: Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure. Scope: Construction Department: Project Management. Job Location: HQ-New Cairo/Dabaa Site Accountabilities: Develop project plans, set goals and budget as well as identify and manage resources. Produce deliverables on the agreed-upon timetable. Monitor, track and report on progress and performance, including budget. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success. Lead project team, offer mentoring, training and guidance. Adjust project constraints as needed to deliver quality. Task Delegation & Planning: Break down project goals into daily or weekly tasks and assign them to team members based on their skills. Removing Blockers: Spot slowdowns, fix workflow issues, and help the team keep a steady pace. Team Guidance & Support: Mentor team members, answer technical questions, and help people grow their skills. Communication: Run check-ins, share updates with stakeholders, and make sure everyone understands the plan. Reporting Line: Projects Manager Job Requirements: Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical-Electrical-MEP). Language: Fluent English.
