Product Owner / Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Department: Product & Technology Position: Product Owner Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Owner to manage the development and improvement of our digital products and software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, development teams, and designers to translate business requirements into clear product features, manage priorities, and ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to meet business objectives. Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders. Lead Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Monitor product development, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Coordinate UAT, product demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback. Identify product improvements, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and user stories. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with POS systems, payment solutions, or event technology is an advantage.
