Direct Sales Executive – Banking

Job Responsibilities Promote and sell banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial solutions. Generate new business through direct sales, outdoor sales, referrals, and customer acquisition. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and internal policies. Requirements Previous experience in direct sales within the UAE banking or financial services sector is mandatory. Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and earning good sales incentives. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive sales environment. Knowledge of UAE banking products and market practices is preferred.
