JOB DETAILS About EEBMS: As the lifecycle owner of major projects, PMCM provides end-to-end project and construction management services, ensuring effective coordination between clients, contractors, and stakeholders. From planning and design management through execution and handover, we deliver certainty, control, and results. Job Title: Planning Team Leader. Sector/Business Line: EEBMS. Scope: Engineering Services. Department: Project Controls. Accountabilities: Review the contractor baseline programme, calendars, logic, resources, procurement and key interfaces and recommend acceptance or revision. Maintain the PMCM schedule-control framework, data date discipline, progress measurement rules and reporting calendar. Analyze updates, critical and near-critical paths, float movement, trends and milestone performance and report factual variance. Evaluate recovery and mitigation programmes for logic, resources, feasibility and effect on contractual milestones. Prepare independent forecasts, look-ahead views, dashboards and early-warning reports for PMCM and Client decisions. Assess time impacts of changes and delay events using appropriate contemporaneous schedule analysis. Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commercial and document-control teams. Comply with the project HSE plan, applicable legal requirements and PMCM HSE procedures. Stop, report and escalate unsafe conditions or activities in accordance with delegated authority and project procedures. Participate in risk assessments, inspections, incident learning and corrective-action follow-up relevant to the role. Promote safe behavior, environmental protection and proper housekeeping in all supervised or reviewed activities. Direct Manager: Project Director / PMCM Director. Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 7+ years of relevant experience, including experience on comparable construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in a PMCM/PMC or consultant-side role on multidisciplinary projects of comparable scale and complexity. Relevant professional registration or certification where required by applicable law or Client requirements. PMP, PMI-SP or AACE planning certification is an advantage. Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; proficiency in schedule reporting and dashboard tools.
