Automotive Maintenance Senior Engineer

Job Duties Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for company vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and implement effective troubleshooting and repair solutions. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime and reduce maintenance costs. Monitor vehicle maintenance records, repair history, spare parts consumption, and maintenance expenses. Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely repairs, quality standards, and availability of spare parts. Ensure compliance with vehicle safety requirements, maintenance standards, and company policies while providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, fleet maintenance, or automotive engineering. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools. Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair supervision. Experience in fleet management, maintenance cost control, spare parts management, and workshop coordination. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to supervise maintenance teams and ensure operational efficiency. Show more Show less
