Graduate Account Executive - ICT Solutions Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Career Level: Graduate / Entry Level About the Role On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are looking for motivated graduates to join its customer-facing account management team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in the ICT industry by developing customer relationships, understanding business and technology requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to support customer solutions and business opportunities. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced account management and technical teams, gaining practical exposure to customer engagement, business development, solution coordination and project operations. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Understand customer business strategies, operational requirements and technology needs, and communicate these requirements effectively to relevant internal teams. Assist in identifying customer opportunities and matching business requirements with Huawei's products and solutions. Coordinate with internal technical, commercial and delivery teams to support the development of customer-focused solutions. Participate in customer meetings, presentations and business discussions under the guidance of experienced colleagues. Support customer satisfaction initiatives by following up on customer requirements, concerns and business issues. Assist in managing business opportunities and coordinating activities from initial customer engagement through solution development and contract processes. Contribute to account planning, customer engagement activities and business development initiatives. Develop an understanding of ICT market trends, Huawei's portfolio and the competitive landscape. Support project coordination and internal collaboration to help achieve customer and business objectives. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors include Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology and other relevant engineering disciplines. Candidates from business-related academic backgrounds may also be considered. Required Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build professional relationships and engage confidently with different stakeholders. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong presentation and communication skills. Interest in sales, business development, account management and the ICT industry. Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to identify suitable solutions. Self-motivation, adaptability and willingness to learn. Good teamwork, planning and organizational skills. Preferred Knowledge and Exposure Basic understanding of sales principles, customer engagement and business development. Awareness of ICT products, telecommunications or technology solutions. Understanding of business processes, commercial models and project operations. University projects, internships, extracurricular activities or other experience involving teamwork, presentations, customer interaction or business development.
