Head of Digital Transformation Unit

About the Role Lead the execution of KHCF’s digital transformation agenda by translating approved strategy into a governed portfolio of technology-enabled business transformation. The role leads enterprise application lifecycle governance, PMO and business-analysis disciplines, process transformation, operational integration and automation, digital channels and services, AI-enabled transformation, change adoption and delivery governance. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of KHCF’s digital transformation roadmap and prioritize a measurable portfolio of technology-enabled transformation initiatives. Establish and sustain internal ownership and lifecycle governance of enterprise applications, including configuration, access, change/release, testing, documentation, support transition and vendor governance. Lead and mature PMO, project/program governance and business-analysis practices, including charters, scope, RAID, change control, UAT, formal acceptance, handover, closure and benefits realization. Partner with business owners to redesign processes before digitization, defining business rules, controls, KPIs, exceptions, ownership and target workflows. Govern operational integrations, APIs, workflow automation, intelligent automation and other reusable transformation capabilities. Govern technology aspects of websites, portals, self-service channels and digital services, ensuring architecture, security, privacy and data requirements are incorporated from the outset. Lead AI-enabled process transformation and productivity use cases within KHCF enterprise AI governance. Strengthen vendor and contract-delivery governance, including deliverables, acceptance criteria, documentation, knowledge transfer, service transition and measurable outcomes. Lead organizational change, adoption and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivered capabilities are used and benefits are realized. Build and lead a high-performing Digital Transformation & Enterprise Applications team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a closely related discipline is mandatory. Master’s degree, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in information technology, digital transformation, enterprise applications, project/program management, business transformation or related disciplines. Minimum 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing complex transformation, enterprise-application, program/portfolio or PMO responsibilities involving multiple stakeholders and vendors. Demonstrated success in establishing or maturing PMO governance, business-analysis practices, enterprise-application ownership, process transformation, integration and automation capabilities. Proven delivery of organization-wide technology-enabled transformation with measurable outcomes, adoption, controlled production transition and formal acceptance/closure. Professional Certifications Mandatory Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent internationally recognized project/program management certification is mandatory. Preferred / Advantageous Relevant Agile, Scrum, product-management or scaled-delivery certification. Program/portfolio-management certification. Organizational change-management certification. Relevant enterprise architecture, business analysis, automation, cloud, service-management or enterprise-application certifications.
