Senior Corporate Lawyer Location: Egypt Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–7 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to manage and support the company's corporate legal affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide legal guidance across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, contract management, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities Handle the company's corporate legal affairs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Handle corporate governance matters, including Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings. Support capital market matters, stock exchange regulations, and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with Egyptian corporate, commercial, and investment laws. Manage litigation cases, legal disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel when required. Identify potential legal risks and provide appropriate legal recommendations to management. Provide legal support and advice to different departments across the organization. Maintain and update corporate legal documentation, licenses, registrations, and statutory records. Support the implementation of legal policies, procedures, and internal controls. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law. 5–7 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law. Strong knowledge of Egyptian corporate and commercial legislation. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal contracts and agreements. Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Exposure to FRA, GAFI, EGX, and capital market regulations is highly preferred. Experience handling litigation, legal disputes, and corporate legal matters. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of Arabic and English.
