Sales-Operation Specialist

Purpose of the role Keeps the sales machine running so executives spend their time selling. Key responsibilities • Own the CRM: data quality, stages, dashboards and weekly hygiene • Produce proposals, quotes and contracts from approved templates • Run the approval and signature process and keep the contract file complete • Prepare and maintain target lists with the business analyst • Track commission calculations and prepare the quarterly payout schedule for approval • Send the weekly pipeline and forecast report to the Sales Director and sales managers • Manage the sales tools: CRM, dialler, data sources and licences Requirements • 2 to 4 years in sales operations, sales support or CRM administration • Hands-on with a CRM as an administrator, not only as a user (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Dynamics) • Strong Excel, accurate with numbers and contract detail • Arabic and English, both written to a professional standard Show more Show less
