Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail (Printers) role based in Heliopolis. The role involves assisting customers with printer selection, explaining product features, and recommending suitable printers, inks, and accessories according to customer needs. The team member will manage product displays, ensure stock availability, and maintain an organized retail area. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic printer issues, coordinating with technical support when needed, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also includes staying updated on new printer models, promotions, and brand guidelines to provide informed and consistent service. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and basic Printing operations. Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Bindery processes. Candidates should possess knowledge of Inkjet technologies and related consumables. Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in printers or electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock, pricing, and sales transactions. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, including weekends or shifts as required. Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with point of sale systems is an advantage. Show more Show less
