Role Description: The Visual Editor will be responsible for assembling, refining, and enhancing visual content to meet project objectives and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing raw footage and images, selecting and organizing materials, and static visuals to create clear, engaging stories. The role involves color correction, basic motion graphics, and ensuring consistent visual style across campaigns and platforms. The Visual Editor will collaborate with producers, designers, and writers to align visuals with creative concepts and deadlines, while managing project files and version control. This is a full-time/part - time, hybrid role based in Kuwait City, requiring regular coordination with the local team and participation in in-person reviews and creative sessions. Qualifications: Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g.,Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar). Solid understanding of visual composition, typography, branding, and design principles. Ability to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished work within set timelines. Strong organizational skills, including asset management, version control, and workflow documentation. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative teams. Relevant education, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Portfolio showcasing, image retouching and visual editing work Fluency in English; familiarity with regional media trends in Kuwait and the broader region is an advantage. Show more Show less
