Trade Execution Coordinator

Responsibilities: Review purchase contracts, fixture recaps, and charter parties, ensuring all agreements are properly reviewed and signed. Obtain required import permits and certificates, coordinate with authorities, and ensure accurate preparation and issuance of shipping documents. Manage trade finance and banking procedures, including document presentation, payment follow-ups, and coordination between sellers, buyers, and banks. Coordinate insurance declarations, delivery notifications, and follow-up on goods shortages and insurance claims. Manage vessel operations and logistics, including port and warehouse nominations, vessel agents, surveyors, customs clearance, sampling, and discharge arrangements. Prepare and finalize laytime calculations, monitor demurrage exposure, coordinate with sellers and vessel owners, and ensure proper shipment file closure. Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
