Manage and optimize social media presence to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement. Utilize CRM software and marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and successful project execution. Required Qualifications Experience & Education A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a marketing role. Skills & Languages Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Email Marketing. Strong understanding of Data Analysis, Marketing Automation, and CRM Software. Experience with Google Analytics. Demonstrated ability in Project Management, Communication, Teamwork, Problem-Solving, and Creative Thinking. Preferred language proficiency: English. Preferred Qualifications While not strictly required, any relevant marketing certifications or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be a strong asset.
