The role involves managing procurement activities for French-speaking markets, including handling purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The specialist will evaluate suppliers, support contract negotiations, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards and cost-efficiency targets. Daily responsibilities include analyzing procurement data, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and resolving issues related to orders, invoices, and deliveries. The role also requires clear communication in French and English to support cross-border operations and maintain strong supplier relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong procurement and purchase order management skills. Candidates should possess supplier evaluation and contract negotiation skills. Candidates should possess analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in procurement. Fluency in French and proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication. Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in a multinational environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is beneficial.
