Coordinator

Join a leading Qatar-based organization driving investment attraction, economic growth, and sector development. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support strategic initiatives across investment development, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem growth programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives supporting investment attraction and sector development activities. Conduct research, analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making and business priorities. Engage with investors, government entities, industry stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to facilitate collaboration and project execution. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, stakeholder briefings, and leadership updates. Coordinate meetings, workshops, working groups, and follow-up actions across multiple stakeholders. Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and operational plans to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Maintain accurate records, CRM data, and departmental reporting to support effective decision-making. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance operational effectiveness. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Strategy, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2-5 years of experience in strategy, investment, public sector initiatives, business development, consulting, project coordination, or related fields. Strong analytical, research, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Arabic language skills are advantageous.
