Senior Design Architect

About The Role At Al Nayrouz Exhibitions (Hazi Misr), the 3D Designer turns concept sketches, CAD drawings and design briefs into accurate 3D visuals for exhibition booths, real estate projects and marketing campaigns. The role works with architects, project managers, and the production, operations and sales teams, and follows each design from client approval through factory handover to on-site support during exhibitions. Key Responsibilities • Build high-quality 3D models, renders and walkthroughs for exhibition booths, real estate projects and marketing campaigns. • Translate ideas and requirements into design concepts that follow brand guidelines, project objectives and event themes. • Prepare detailed 3D visuals, layouts and presentations for client approval, with correct proportions, materials, textures, lighting and finishes. • Provide accurate measurements and technical details for production teams. • Work closely with production and operations teams so designs are practical and achievable. • Revise designs on client or management feedback within agreed timelines, and support the sales team with quick revisions to help secure approvals. • Present designs and explain technical details in client and exhibitor meetings when required. • Keep 3D assets, textures and materials organized for reuse, and deliver final outputs on time. • Travel abroad when required to receive booths directly from factories, supervise installation quality and confirm that booths match the approved designs. • Provide on-site support during exhibitions for last-minute design adjustments. • Keep up with design trends, materials and technologies, and suggest ideas that improve visitor experience and branding. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably for exhibitions, events or real estate. • Advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills (3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, or SketchUp), plus AutoCAD and Photoshop. • Ability to read technical drawings and produce accurate measurements and specifications for production. • Experience with real-time or walkthrough tools such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape or Unreal Engine is a plus. • A portfolio of booth, stand or real estate visualization work. • Professional English and Arabic, spoken and written. • High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without losing quality. • Clear communication and collaboration with sales, production teams and clients. • Willingness to travel abroad and work on-site during exhibitions.
