About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Co-founder to own the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of SprintOps’ software services and product initiatives. You will work closely with the founding team to shape the technology strategy, build scalable solutions for clients, and establish the engineering foundations for long-term growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move between strategy, architecture, and execution. Key Responsibilities: · Define and execute the technical strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap for SprintOps. · Lead the design and delivery of scalable web, mobile, cloud, SaaS, AI, automation, and custom software solutions. · Build and oversee the engineering function, including development standards, code quality, security, DevOps, and delivery processes. · Act as technical lead on key client projects, including solution design, estimation, implementation oversight, and technical pre-sales support. · Evaluate and select modern technology stacks, frameworks, and tools that balance performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability. · Collaborate with business development and client-facing teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. · Help recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team as the company grows. · Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for reusable products, automation, AI-enabled services, and process improvements. · Represent SprintOps in technical discussions with clients, partners, and prospects. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. · Proven experience as a senior engineer, technical lead, software architect, CTO, or technical founder. · Strong full-stack development experience with modern web, mobile, and cloud technologies. · Experience designing and delivering scalable SaaS, custom software, AI, automation, or enterprise technology solutions. · Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and system integration. · Ability to lead technical teams, review code and architecture, and maintain high engineering standards. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. · Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, early-stage environment. · Experience building products or services from concept to launch is highly valued. · International or agency/IT services experience is an advantage.
