The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and advising on market conditions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, managing a pipeline of clients, negotiating offers and contracts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as legal, finance, and other agents. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements, and providing attentive, professional customer service throughout each transaction. The Real Estate Agent is expected to build strong relationships, represent Bold Routes’ brand values, and contribute to the growth of the brokerage. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices. Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing capabilities. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market trends. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (and Arabic preferred), proficiency with real estate CRM and listing platforms, and the ability to work on-site in New Cairo.
