𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐕 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐎𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐚, 𝐄𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭 | 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead all site installation activities on a large-scale solar PV power plant in Minya, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery against the project programme and daily production targets. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨 • Lead and manage all site construction and installation activities, including piling, mounting structures, PV module installation and DC/AC cabling • Plan and control daily, weekly and monthly production rates, and take immediate action to recover any slippage against the programme • Manage site manpower, supervisors and subcontractors, including allocation of resources, productivity monitoring and performance follow-up • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Technical Office, Procurement and Quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials, drawings and equipment • Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications and quality procedures, and support inspections and testing with the Consultant and Owner • Enforce HSE requirements across the site and maintain a strong safety culture, particularly for work at height, heavy equipment and electrical activities • Review and verify measured quantities and progress for subcontractor payments • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and present construction status to project management 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) • 5–7 years of site construction management experience in large-scale projects with a reputable contractor • Previous experience on solar PV projects is a strong plus • Proven ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors and to achieve daily production targets • Good command of MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft Excel • Good English, both written and verbal • Valid Engineers Syndicate membership Please note: this is a full-time on-site role based at our project site in Minya, with a fixed schedule.
