Marketing Manager

About the Role Malakut Business Forum is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of marketing principles, brand management, communications, market research and campaign planning, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives. Lead brand positioning, corporate communications and promotional activities. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions and partnerships. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, audience insights and growth opportunities. Oversee the development of marketing materials, presentations and promotional content. Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, media and industry professionals. Identify opportunities to expand brand awareness and strengthen market presence. Manage marketing budgets, resources and campaign timelines. Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand development and market positioning. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
