Role Description The Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Hyatt Regency Cairo West in Al Jizah, Egypt. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. The Outlet Manager supervises and coaches team members, manages staffing schedules, and supports training efforts to promote consistent service delivery. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and controlling costs while maintaining product quality. The Outlet Manager also handles guest feedback, resolves issues promptly, supports revenue and upselling initiatives, and ensures compliance with brand, safety, and hygiene standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences and handling feedback effectively. Candidates should possess People Management and Communication skills, including team leadership, performance coaching, and clear interpersonal and written communication. Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control within the outlet. Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality outlet management, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and consistency in service standards. Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS operations; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage. Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are beneficial. Show more Show less
