Social Media Manager Full-Time | Dubai, UAE We are urgently looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan and create content calendars, manage posting, and ensure consistent execution across social media platforms. The right candidate will take ownership of content planning, scheduling, social media execution, campaign support, client coordination, and day-to-day social media management across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities Develop monthly social media content calendars with clear themes, content formats, and publishing schedules. Write engaging captions and social media copy tailored to different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Create and manage content in both English and Arabic. Schedule and publish content consistently across social media platforms. Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages, and queries. Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations (PPTs). Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Coordinate with designers, content creators, account managers, and other internal teams to ensure timely content execution. Coordinate with the production team for photoshoots, video shoots, client events, activations, and other content requirements. Plan social media requirements for client events and campaigns, including pre-event, live-event, and post-event content. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure event-related content, creative assets, photography, videography, and posting requirements are planned and delivered on time. Work closely with account and creative teams to understand client requirements and ensure content is delivered according to the approved plan. Support social media campaigns, presentations, pitches, and advertising content. Follow up with internal teams and production partners to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. Stay updated on current social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices, and bring relevant ideas to client accounts. Identify opportunities for trending content, reels, stories, and real-time social media coverage. Manage multiple client accounts and content calendars while ensuring deadlines are met. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content calendar planning. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent caption and content-writing skills in English and Arabic. Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and social media management/scheduling tools. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major social media platforms. Creative thinker with a strong eye for content, design, aesthetics, and brand consistency. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, designers, content teams, account managers, production teams, photographers, and videographers. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Previous experience working with multiple brands or within an agency environment is an advantage.
