Role Description The Senior DevOps Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi El Gadida. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps pipelines and infrastructure to support software delivery across multiple projects. Daily tasks include configuring and managing CI/CD workflows, automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues in production and non-production environments. The Senior DevOps Engineer collaborates with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, enhance reliability, and ensure security and compliance. The role also involves mentoring team members, documenting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the technology organization. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring reliable, secure, and automated delivery across environments. Manage and orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance. Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud environments across OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and GCP. Embed DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning, compliance checks, and vulnerability management. Collaborate closely with development, security, and architecture teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability. Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Document processes, architectures, and operational best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer. Experience with AWS Platform Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards) — mandatory. Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines in production environments. Solid experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation. Experience working with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Good understanding of DevSecOps principles, including secure pipelines, secrets management, and security tooling. Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
