Job Title: Senior AC Miantenance Technician 1 AC Maintenance Technician – Jeddah 1 AC Supervisor – Makkah 1 AC Supervisor – Madinah 1 AC Supervisor – Riyadh Job Purpose A Senior AC Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and the capability to supervise other junior technicians when needed. Key Responsibilities 1- Maintenance and Repair •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various AC systems (split units, package units, chillers, VRF systems). •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults. •Inspect systems for leaks, faulty components, pressure issues, and abnormal noise or performance 2- Installations and Procurement works •Install new AC units and HVAC equipment according to the manufacturer guidelines. •Perform commissioning, testing, and system startup. •Ensure correct refrigerant charging and proper airflow adjustment. •Provide the team with all needed urgent spare parts from local market and settle the petty cash with line manager later 3- Diagnostics •Install new AC units and HVAC equipment according to manufacturer guidelines. •Perform commissioning, testing, and system startup. •Ensure correct refrigerant charging and proper airflow adjustment. 4- Documentation and Reporting •Record all work performed, parts used, and system conditions. •Prepare maintenance reports and log sheets. •Communicate system status and recommendations to supervisors or clients. 5- Leadership, training and Logistics •Supervise and guide junior and mid-level technicians. •Provide on-site training on correct maintenance procedures. •Ensure compliance with safety rules and technical standards. •Drive Company car to deliver team and tools to the site 6- Safety and Compliance •Follow all company safety procedures and HVAC regulations. •Handle refrigerants according to environmental and safety guidelines. •Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in safe working condition. Job Requirements Experience: 5-8 Years ( Preferred to Have Gulf Exp. Or Saudi Arabia ) Good in English High Communications Skills to discuss technical matters with Client and line manager Preferred to have Saudi Driving License High leadership skills to lead zone maintenance technicians Show more Show less
