Role Description In this full-time, on-site Junior Project Management & Sales role based in Kuwait City, the team member supports the planning and execution of AI solution projects from initiation through delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, tracking timelines, preparing status reports, and assisting with documentation to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. The role also involves supporting the sales team by qualifying leads, preparing presentations and proposals, and maintaining CRM records. The team member collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, attends client meetings, and follows up on action items to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to build foundational skills in both project management and technical sales within an AI-focused company. Qualifications Foundational project coordination skills, including task tracking, timeline management, and basic documentation. Strong interest in sales activities such as lead follow-up, preparing proposals, and supporting client presentations. General understanding or curiosity about AI, data analytics, and related technologies (NLP, machine learning, computer vision). Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working on-site in Kuwait City and engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders. Previous internship or junior experience in project support, sales support, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Show more Show less
